Jamaican Rum Punch

This fabulous drink was part of the menu for Susan and Ava’s Jamaican Night for the July 2021 Lockdown MKR competition.

Ingredients

  • white rum 250ml

  • dark or coconut rum 150ml

  • strawberry-flavoured syrup or grenadine 200ml

  • pineapple juice 250ml

  • orange juice 250ml

  • limes 4, juiced (about 100ml)

  • nutmeg a pinch, freshly grated

  • Angostura bitters a dash, (optional)

  • orange, lemon and lime slices to serve

Method

Tip all the ingredients except the fruit slices into a large pitcher. Stir and add plenty of crushed ice, finishing with the fruit slices to serve.
