Dumpling Sauce

Yang Nyum Jang: This is a Sohn go-to sauce for dumplings (mandu) but, the interesting thing about this sauce is that it can be used for almost anything. Take it and make it your own, use it as a salad dressing, put it on your fish, the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 1-2 cloves crushed garlic

  • 1 spring chopped

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp Gochugaru (hot Korean chilli flakes)

  • a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds 

Method

Mix it all together. This doubles or triples well and keeps in the fridge. Make more and use it.
