This is another one of Gabriel’s favourites and they are SO easy to make.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup milk
5 Tbsp cocoa
2 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
Method
Put sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil and add cocoa.
Stir well and stir in rolled oats, coconut and cook for 3-5 mins stirring constantly.
Use a tablespoon and drop on to a baking tray with baking paper. These freeze well and transport easily.
