Ingredients
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
5 Almonds
1 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup (or honey, maple syrup, whatever you like and have)
Raw Organic Cacao Butter or you can use MCT Coconut Oil (it’s yum)
Cinnamon and add a Cinnamon stick if you want (not necessary)
If you want your smoothie thinner you can add almond or coconut milk or normal milk.
Buzz that baby together! You’ll go bananas.
